Plastic trays fabricated by Hason Industries serve an essential role in laboratory handling, pharmaceutical production lines, electrical component washing, and material processing workflows. Built from durable materials such as PP, HDPE, and UHMWPE, these trays maintain structural rigidity under load, resist chemical attack, and withstand repeated cleaning cycles. They are lightweight, non-corrosive, and offer smooth surfaces ideal for hygienic operations. Typical applications include component soaking trays, rinse trays, inspection trays, tablet transfer trays, assembly line catch trays, and part segregation trays used in automated machinery and cleanrooms.
We fabricate trays from sheet stock ranging from 3 mm to 12 mm thickness and can produce tray formats up to 1,200 mm × 800 mm. Using CNC cutting, heat folding, extrusion welding, and fixture assembly, we manufacture trays with reinforced corners, stacking ribs, ergonomic handling grips, drainage ports, and barcode labelling surfaces. Our design flexibility allows both flat-bottom and ribbed-bottom trays, depending on drainage or airflow requirements.
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, these trays support staging, packaging, drying, and controlled movement of product batches. Their chemical resistance ensures compatibility with disinfectants, steam cleaning, and alcohol-based sanitisers. In electrical assembly workflows, trays are used to segregate insulated components, housings, washers, insulator blocks, and rubber gaskets safely.
Hason Industries utilises advanced CAD layouts to maximise material utilisation and ensure dimensional repeatability. Every tray undergoes inspection for flatness, bonding strength, surface finish, and ergonomic handling comfort. Our robust welding processes ensure crack-free corner joints and long service life even under industrial handling conditions. With batch production capability and short lead times, we supply OEM facilities with the repeat consistency required in high-output environments.
