Custom plastic tanks fabricated at Hason Industries are engineered to withstand corrosive fluids, chemicals, cleaning agents, and process media commonly encountered in pharmaceutical production, laboratory environments, electroplating lines, wastewater treatment, and electrical panel component washing systems. These tanks are typically developed using Polypropylene (PP), PPH, HDPE, and PVC due to their exceptional chemical inertness and resistance to cracking under environmental stress. Our tanks can be designed as rectangular, cylindrical, baffled, jacketed, or sloped-bottom formats depending on fluid movement requirements. They are frequently integrated into dosing systems, etching processes, neutralisation chambers, storage lines, and rinsing operations within manufacturing facilities that demand long service life without corrosion.
We fabricate tanks from sheets ranging from 6 mm to 30 mm thick and offer weld-reinforced walls for heavy-duty capacity. Hason Industries can manufacture tanks up to 2,500 mm in length, 1,500 mm in width, and 1,500 mm in height, depending on installation constraints. Using CNC sheet cutting, heat-bending stations, butt-fusion welding, and extrusion welding, we ensure leak-proof seams and uniform wall thickness. Additional manufacturing options include welded drain ports, threaded fittings, splash guards, recirculation piping, level sensor mounts, and lid assemblies.
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, plastic tanks are preferred over metal tanks because they prevent contamination, resist aggressive disinfectants, and simplify cleaning. In electrical switchgear environments, non-conductive plastic tanks are used for resin dip processes, busbar washing, and component degreasing. For plating processes, PP and PPH tanks handle aggressive acids reliably.
Every tank undergoes hydrostatic leak testing, weld seam inspection, and dimensional verification. Hason Industries’ ISO structure ensures documentation traceability and repeatability across batch manufacturing. Our ability to design, fabricate, and install tank systems makes us a trusted vendor for OEMs requiring chemical handling reliability and long operational life.
