Custom plastic boxes manufactured by Hason Industries are designed for material handling, chemical storage, cleanroom component staging, electrical hardware containment, and pharmaceutical batch segregation. Produced from PP, HDPE, and PVC sheets, these boxes are non-corrosive, lightweight, impact-resistant, and easy to sanitise. They are commonly used in laboratory workflows, packaging lines, component washing stations, inspection rooms, and assembly conveyors where metal boxes may corrode or contaminate sensitive products.

We fabricate boxes from sheet thicknesses between 4 mm and 10 mm, depending on load requirements, and can design enclosures up to 800 mm × 600 mm × 500 mm. Manufacturing features may include hinged lids, drain holes, perforations, stackable edges, locking tabs, internal partitions, and reinforced bases. CNC-routered cutouts ensure precise alignment, and heat-bending ensures sharp, clean edges without stress cracking.

In pharmaceutical facilities, plastic boxes safely transport tablets, capsules, and components between cleaning and packaging zones while preventing cross-contamination. Their chemical resistance safeguards them against common cleaning solutions and solvents. In electrical manufacturing, boxes are used to stage insulators, spacers, mica sheets, and delicate switchgear accessories without risk of conductive interference.

Hason Industries ensures that all structural welds and bonds are inspected for continuity and strength. CAD-driven design allows precise control over internal volume, handle positioning, and weight distribution. With batch-production capability supported by advanced cutting and welding stations, we deliver consistent results even for large-quantity orders. Our ISO-reinforced quality approach ensures dimensional accuracy, surface uniformity, and ergonomic performance throughout the box’s operational life.
